What to Expect

1. Pre-Approval

Complete our online application and submit documents to determine your buying power. 

2. Home Search

Work with a realtor to find the right home for you. Reach out to us, if you need a realtor referral. 

3. Accepted Offer

You and the seller agree on a price for a home and sign a purchase agreement. 

4. Home Inspection

A licensed professional checks the home for any structural damage. 

5. Appraisal

A licensed professional assesses the value of the home. 

6. Underwriting

Evaluation of your employment, financial and credit standing to purchase a home. 

7. Homeowner’s Insurance

Required protection against loss or damage to the home and other assets within the home. Reach out to us, if you need an insurance agent referral. 

8. Clear to Close

Final approval from underwriting to purchase the home. 

9. Final Walkthrough

You and your realtor walk through the home to verify that any requested repairs are complete and the home is still in good condition prior to closing. 

10. Closing Day

You sign final paperwork with the closing agent and home ownership is transferred to you. You receive the keys to your new home!
